Manav Rachna Innovation and Incubation Centre celebrated National Youth Day on 12th January 2023. Dr. Umesh Dutta, Director, MRIIC gave a motivational and inspiring talk to the youth in the university.
He started with the significance of the day as the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, one of the most prominent spiritual leaders of the country whose life was dedicated to inspire and motivate the youth to strive for excellence in their personal and professional lives.
Swami Vivekananda’s memory is honored by way of cultural programs, sports competitions, and community service activities to encourage young people to develop a well-rounded personality.
The theme for National Youth Day 2023 was “Transforming India: A Vision for the New Decade.” Dr. Dutta gave various anecdotes of students who followed different paths in life but continued with determination and reached great successes.
He encouraged the youth to work towards a better and brighter future for India by developing their skills and contributing to the development of the country. He concluded by giving the students the mantra of taking risks in their life and quoted Swami Vivekananda that “If you win, you can lead. If you loose, you can guide!”
